What data we collect
The details you send us through the site's forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone, email, town, description of the job and photos. When you send a form we also keep the date, the page you sent it from and how you reached the site (for example a Google search or an ad). Taps on the phone and WhatsApp buttons are counted without identifying anyone. If you accept statistics or advertising cookies, the site also collects browsing data, described in the cookie policy.
What we use it for
To answer your request, prepare the quote, arrange the visit and carry out the work. To issue invoices when you hire us. To know how many requests come in through the site and where they come from, including Google Ads.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (quotes and services), compliance with legal obligations (invoicing), your consent for statistics and advertising cookies, and our legitimate interest in knowing which channels bring in requests.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a job: up to 12 months, including the copy kept on the website server. Client data and invoices: as long as Portuguese tax law requires, currently 10 years.
Who we share it with
Our website and email host (Hostinger), and ScalePlant, which runs the site and can see the stored requests to give technical support and prepare reports. If you accept cookies, also Google (Analytics and Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity), which may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing and request portability. Write to greensequeiragardens@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
